We had this tonight thanks to this thread:
Fried Chicken
Our authentic country recipe creates fried chicken with the crispy coating and just-right seasonings you've always loved. No cooking, no clean up. Just plenty of down-home flavor and lots of big smiles.

Randall's is Safeway for all you Canucks... and apparently their fried chicken made the "ten best" list last year! It was AWESOME!!

Yeehaw! Oh wait, that's what we say in Alberta!

That's true, but of course, everyone loves fried chicken regardless of nationality right?

Cooking chicken in a pressure cooker should not be called frying.

Cooking in a open cast-iron skillet (like Grannie use to) that's fried chicken.

Pressure frying is actually healthier and faster than in a frying pan...

KFC's extra crispy chicken is also pressured cooked and not fried?

Actually, "Pressure Fried" this is something you cannot do in a pressure cooker.

Well since this is a thread about chicken I have to add that 6 years ago I added a Pelican 1200 case on the KLX and I actually got an 8 piece box of chicken in it. The box sealed in the heat and it was nice and hot when I got home. LOL
