As far as the bike being worn out...it isnt. Even ridden very hard at all times youd be no more than 1/3 of the way there.
However...if you dont intend to keep it until it dies and are worried about things like trade in value then it is about time for a new ride. Since sportbikes get measurably better almost every model year their value drops rapidly with age. Drop by your dealer and ask what theyd give you for yours then ask how much if it were an 02. That'll give you abn idea how fast they drop in value.
