There is only one bike as far as I know that was designed and built to be as safe and effortless for a beginning biker as possible. Thats the Buell Blast.
It has an electric choke so you dont need to worry about that. Hydraulic valves you dont adjust, no chain to oil. It has good ergonomics and a low seat height to provide confidence which is everything at first. A flat smooth power delivery that can see about 90 mph, but not so much power that it will get you into deep trouble before you know it. Easy controls etc etc etc,
The main problem with it is that they havent sold so many of them that they are common. You might not easily find one in your price range.
