Wow, I had an 83 Nighthawk which I sold for $1000 back in 89 with about 8,000 miles on it. I'd seriously make sure you check it out carefully since they didn't have a 750 Nighthawk in 84. They had the 650SC and the 700SC Nighthawk S.

Kelly Blue Book list a retail value of $1500, but take into consideration of mileage and overall condition.

We had 750's here in Canada during the 'Harley Embargo' in the mid 80's The Nighthawk S's and XJ's Gs's ect. all came with full 750 lumps here, it was only the states that got stuck with sleeved-down versions of the intended bikes.

Ok. I stand corrected. I have to remember there are different models in other countries and not assume everyone is from the US.
