What an awesome photo. Did you take it yourself?? I am getting better everyday. My knees and elbow still burn a lot and I have a pinched nerve in my hand because of the swelling, but otherwise I am doing GREAT. Of course I think very highly of codine!!

One of the advantages of living in Africa, I have the worlds oldest camera I think, a Canon AE1 manual with power winder and some really BIG lenses, I am too thick to go digital. Zootech taught me how to post on the site. Glad it made you feel better. Add some essential fish oils to the codeine and you will heal as well as you feel. As for Zoo, ours are wild, man, no free feeds for these guys.

Thanks Loonette,
I find it odd that strained muscles show up a week later, but over all I am getting better and not hurting and taking pain medication all the time anymore.

I've only had one acciendent i was 19, i was riding home from work and the roads where a wet which doesnt concern me because i'm a good rider, so im on my way home and this dumba** in a 4x4 come speeding down my right side and clips my back wheel which sent the bike to the floor and me trapped underneath it while it slid a good 60 70 m down the road. Broke 2 ribs and my collar bone
