I'd ride on the bridge, and then ride back on the twisties and over the old bridge. Since I'm quite fearful of tall places, the "boring" bridge would seem like a huge challenge to me - especially on a motorcycle. And I wouldn't consider slandering the French in part because this is an international website group, and because stereotyping really is very small.

it would be awesome to be riding accross that leaned over your tank with all those clouds like that...it really would seem like your flying....
