We are in the strange time of year here. 30degrees in the moring and 80 degrees in the afternoon. Haven't had our first frost yet (been the latest in awhile). we usually have had our first frost of the season by labor day. A few years ago we had a major snowstorm on labor day weekend, it was quite interesting as my dad's band was playing at an ABATE rally up in northern wyoming, snow at a bike rally.
This summer was one of the nicer ones we've had in awhile. Only had a few really hot spells, but got a lot more rain than in past years (we've been in a drought).
Its looking like we may have a warm winter this year.

It hasnt been any better here....
It seems to have been slightly odd weather all over the Globe this year, I seem to remember reports of snow in Australia...
I used to live 50 or so miles from the Coast on the edge of whats known as the fens. The whole place is pretty much reclaimed land a couple of feet below Sea level. Two locla towns were named Whittlesea (used to be Whittle-on-the-sea) and the Isle of Ely.
The general assumption was that fenlanders must have webbed feet...

North Carolina is perfect this time of year. Highs between 75-80, sunny, gorgeous, and all around perfect.
Not to rub it in...
