Now, when you say that the Electra is electric start, you mean just strictly or both kick and electric?......I know some bikes use to come that way when it was first intoduced....
Also are the Hydra or/and Electra hand or foot shifted?
And which have the Fishtail pipes standard?

Kick and electric.
As far as I know, you could get a hand shift option on the Electra Glide, the Hydra (I believe) was a hand shift with a foot shift option. (I could be wrong on that one.)
As for the fishtail pipes- I can only guess they were standard on the Hydra, but I know you could get them as an option on just about an Harley.
