Likewise on the habitual offenders list. I do it frequently. When I pull up to the window, I stand up, pull money from pockets, pay them and wait for change, if needed. Then they hand me the food which I will tuck in my jacket. I'm out of there in less time than most cars.

Drive through at the bank- annoys the other "patrons" I do it anyway.
The drive up ATM- piece of cake.
Drive through window at the local McBurger joint wouldn't "alert" the employees- decided it wasn't a good place to eat anyhow.
I have brought home everything from pizza to bags of groceries to a moderate sized R/C plane kit (in the box) on my bike- no bags of any kind. Just a small cargo net.

Been going through pick up windows for years and they cant stand the bike comming into the window like that.
I have been ordering at the window for years and have never had a problem with it. I usually take a bottle for the drink as those paper cups are not very biker friendly. Also just eating in works too.

I've gone to fast good for takeout before, but I always skip the drink...what do you guys do with the cup? I fit all the food in my saddlebags but am afraid the drink will spill.

One of my bags is usually packed with a long-sleeve shirt and/or a hooded sweatshirt, so I just push that to one end and make a nice little indentation for the cup to sit upright in. Plus, I only drink unsweetened iced-tea so even if a little spilled out it wouldn't do any harm.CNF2002 wrote:what do you guys do with the cup?
