1. B 2. YES 3. "It feels good to be the King" 4. D 4A. It was required before but not now. 5. B 6. B 7. YES people under 18 are still developing and I would not want them to get hurt before they get a chance to develop fully. When you turn 18 in the United States you can vote and serve in the military and may even be killed in service to your country. So if you are able to make the ultimate sacrafice for your country and take part in electing the leadership of this great nation surely you can make a decission to wear a helment or not for your own protection. This is an issue of freedom of choice and sometimes I do wear a helment but if I choose not to I don't need someone else to tell me that they are only looking out for my best intrest. Maybe they should get a life of thier own.

5. Do you believe wearing helmets protects people in accidents?
A. Yes, extremely B. Yes, somewhat C. Not really D. Not at all
6. Do you think helmet laws should be enforced in southern States that presently do not have laws?
A. Yes B. No
7. Do you think there should be an age limit on the law, (ie. Helmets are mandatory for anyone under the age of 18 ) and if so, what do you think it should be?
A. Yes B. No
We do not have laws because we all agree on how to live, we have laws because we disagree. We must use them to enforce the minimum standard that we can all agree on and if we do not all (or a majority) agree on the law, than we tread down the path of tyranny. So while I'm happy to live in a state that requires a helmet, and can't wait until we do something about the scooter-lemings, I wouldn't work against someone who wanted to live in a state that didn't require protective gear. That's why I live in America.

I dont know where else you care copnducting your survey but with this being a bikers site and an international one at that it will affect the statistics you collect. In effect you are scewing your sample. So just remember to make a note of that in your conclusions!
