I was wondering about that myself. I can get a permit, but there really is no one I know that I can ride with so it wasn't going to do me any good. And I wondered if they wanted me to get an escort down to the DMV or if they wanted me to put it on the back of a truck. Now I won't worry about it. cool.

I tryed changing my avatar about a year ago. There was a tremendous outpouring against it(or maybe 2 people mentioned it in passing, I forget), so I relented. And I have got quite attached to Rasta-Skull over time.

I was pretty worried about that too..... so I rode all the way home at 200kph




Sapaul.... that's pretty messed up that they set thier fine system up so that it is almost desireable to run no plate. They are making it so the roads will be filled with un-traceable bikes. With no plate on my bike, I'm not so sure I would stop if pulled over......
