Anybody ever seen these before?

I'm wondering how its supposed to stay on the visor. If you have to stick it on I'd be worried about compromising my visor once I take that thing off. Something to think about.

It's made from the same adhesive vinyl used on most auto graphics/decals. It just has a million tiny holes it it to allow for some vision. It's a hassle to remove, on a car you'd use a heat gun; not recomended on a plastic visor. The adhesive residue comes off prety easily with the right solvent.
