You have to sit on it to find out.

Physically my bike a Honda 599 is about the same as the SV, but different ergo's so I love it.

I'm about 5'8" and weigh 120lbs. I'm fine with it.

Oh and biking isn't about muscle, it's about finesse.
Of course I'm generalizing from a single example here, but everyone does that. At least I do.

It's all in the inseam. If I can't flat foot a bike I tend to pass. Just not comforatable with the tippy toe thing.

I kinda got the suspicion from the 599 that I sat on that it was designed for shorter people. I found the 599 to be all wrong in the ergo dept for me. The bars were too low and the pegs too high (plus the pegs kept flipping around on their lil spring loaded mounts). Im 5'10", 200lbs, fair bit of muscle and a 32inch inseam.

I was actually more comfortable on a ZX-6R which though hunched forward quite a bit was not uncomfortable, the R6 is a torture device in comparision bars are WAY lower though oddly closer than the ZX-6 bars, and the pegs had my knees almost above the tank.

The bike that has made the top of my list for a second bike though is the bandit 600, this bike fit me like a glove, bars were not too far away, pegs were in a perfect spot, and the position is only slightly forward which makes this bike feel like an extension of my body.

My first bike (which im picking up at the end of this week) is a CX500 which is resonably comfortable and a decent fit for me, though not perfect, may swap out the bars as the stock bars are too close for my liking.

I've actually been thinking about fitting lower bars on my 599 to give myself a little bit more of a forward lean for long highway trips. But I'm hoping that a windscreen, if it ever comes in from the bloody store will solve that problem. So I'm going to wait on the new bars.

As far as eating, I could eat nothing but pie and potato chips for a month and not gain 3 lbs.

I would kill to get that kind of metabolism back. I can recall being able to eat two large Donatos pizzas and a 2-liter of Mountain Dew when I was in high-school and I never went an ounce over 175lbs, but once I married, became a father, and entered the real work-force all that went away. Of course, attending college full-time the last two years didn't help the situation since I was always too tired to go outside and do anything. Next year will be different.

I wish I had the metabolism I had in high school. Back then I could eay anything and not go one ounce over 155lbs. By the time I was 20 I was about 190lbs. I am at around 200 now but with more muscle than I had at 20 due to my job (I spend most of the day doing heavy lifting).
