A cop can't pull you over unless he has a reason, but generally cops can make up any reason they want too. He can't pull just anyone over, someone has to be speeding, ran a stop sign, or if he gets a call about a car/bike that matches your and it's reported stolen, ect. If he just pulled you over to see if you had a liscense you could get off since that was an illegal stop.Sevulturus wrote:In Alberta one of the things the cops might pull you over for is putting both feet down.
