New to bikes

I'm 6 foot and 200 pounds. I had never ridden a bike before I took a MSF course. I learned on a 250 Suzuki cruiser. After the course I went and bought a used 1400 Intruder.For me,it was no problem making that big of a jump.But I definitly recommend not trying to figure out the size bike you want until AFTER you take a course. 8)
