I think most are surprised you haven't died on that bike yet. I'll have to admit, I think you are crazy

But at least you have a good head on your shoulders, and are taking it really slowly. Hence you aren't just another squidly gixxer rider (like I've seen so many of since I moved down here 6 months ago)...you are a conciencious (sp?) motorcycle enthusiast. Props to ya
In the last year or two, I've really realised that we all die, and it's more about how you enjoyed your life rather than how affluent you were etc etc. I think in that short amount of time, how much I value the time I spend has improved greatly. Like you said Wizzard "it don't end till the fat lady sings"...So, even though I'm only 20, and may just live to be 80 or more, it's all about the stories I'll be able to tell to my grand kids and whatnot, and inspire them to live life...blah...I'm starting to rant
Back on topic...my friend wanted me to name my bike Suzie as well. I'll probably just let my girlfriend come up with a name for me (or wait until I do something cool and name the bike after some characteristic it has). We'll see

yeah, i exercise a lot of throttle restraint. i can't afford to get cocky especially since im just learning. even when i do get the hang of it, i don't intend on becoming a road racer. i wanna take it to the tracks, i just hope i find a way to afford it.

it's just that ever since i turned 25, i feel like it's all gonna be downhill from now.
sorry again

Wait till you hit 30. I got over the "downhill from here" thing by the time I was 32.

Cleopatra Jones baby! She's a black, bad and beautiful Boulevard M50. She can kick your sorry a*s without so much as disturbing the 'fro pick in her righteous do.
Ask Issac Hayes... he knows.

I didn't really give my bike a name, I just call it the PO'd Bee. It's a blk/ylw 2000 gsxr750 and sounds very PO'd when i twist the throttle...lol

I've never named my vehicles but it just came naturally to name my bikes.
Mine's "Babe" because I give her as much (now don't tell anyone) or more affection then my girlfriend
My Harley('79Sporty) was "The Breeze"
My rat bike (500Suzuki) "The Beater"(desert riding is a blast):roll2:
My Triumph (750Trident) "Limey"
Now I just got my "Babe" and I'm a happy SOB
