That is impressive....but...he's not really balancing the bike on the rear wheel. I grant thim the need for some kind of foot support on the front of the bike for him to stand on, but the extended 'bar' thats scraping against the ground (thus maintaining most of his balance for him) seems like cheating.

The trick would be impossable, i think, with out that bar on the back.
I imagine there is still quite a bit of skill involved to keep it from rocking side to side.
I got a lot of respect for those guys skill.

not to mention what ya bike would look like after it had lost it out the left or right at 30 mph straight on to its side off the back wheel, dont know about you chaps but i like my bike to much to do "poo poo" like that

I think the stuff Christian Pfieffer does is a lot more impressive. Burn out in a circle while standing on the seat with one foot, other stuck way out behind him.
Wheelie to stoppie to wheelie and back again.
Taking a full fledged wheelie and dropping back down then stopping with the front wheel still a foot above the ground.
Riding a dirtbike with no front wheel.
And on and on and on.

Meh.. natural selection or population control... either way I'll eventually win. (don't think to hard about "win"... it's just a figure of speech)
