Amusingly MCN ran the 06 R6 against the R1 on the track...

You'd think it would be all over for the R6 as its big brother owned it on the straights.

Didnt happen. R6 nearly a second quicker round the track than the R1.

From what I have read, the new R6 is incorporating several cutting edge technologies plus they somehow packed a significant hp upgrade into it. I am still suprised it bested the R1.
