My wife wants to learn, though she has decided to wait until she loses some weight (she is having the gastric bypass surgery this spring), seem that its impossible to find gear in womens plus sizes.

I know how you feel, my fiancee just bought a '04 Kaw Ninja 250. I'm not sure who was happier. Her getting her own bike or me loosing the "ballast" from my pillon. :laughing:

Thanks! But she's never been a passenger, this is her second bike - she traded in her '01 Kawi Vulcan 800 Classic as part of the deal for the new Softail. She bought the Kawi new back when we first started dating and since then has put over 63,000km on it following me all over the countryside.
