Christian group? I'm sorry, but I must have missed that last sermon where Jesus said that all civics needed rims and a huge spoiler. Maybe your group could enlighten me? Maybe you should start with basic spelling of english before, cause I don't know if they sell a whigga translator.

Sorry, I know I'm being a dick...but sometimes I just can't help it.
1. My cars not crappy. Its never let me sit and has never needed any repair in the past 6 years and is still runing strong.

2. I dont need a harley. I just wanted something better after my old honda and that was the consensus on what was good that wasnt a rice rocket.

3. Jesus said all civics need rims and spoilers on the 8th day. Which is why I dont have a honda.

4. We cant enlighten you because we arent buddhists.

5. I lost my whigga translator so you'll have to put up with it.

Dude, wtf. First of all, it's an Altima, not a civic. Which makes it better than a civic (even if it is a 2nd gen  . Better than a :3rdgen: though). Second of all, there's nothing wrong with harley's. So, Venerial, what bike do you have?

PS - SympleTruth316, are you on .net?

You are excited about it (the 883), you are happy with it, therefore you made the right choice. Congrats and ride safe. :)

I drive chevys, because that is what I want, and I ride rice burners cause that is what I want, Jesus also rides chevys and rice burners when He rides with me. congrets on the bike. The car looks good too.

Congrats on the new bike.

Geoff the 1200 kits for the 883 dont produce as much power as a factory stock 1200. The factory 1200s have hotter cams and better flowing heads than the 883s and put out about 70hp vs the 45hp or so that the 883 has.

Sporty 1200s actually move pretty good for their size. They will keep up with a lot of the bigger metric cruisers.

The only thing wrong with Harleys is the high price tag

Brilliant, now there's a comment that makes a lot of sense.

Congrats on the new ride, if that's what floats your boat then it has to be all good man.

First of all, I never said an ill word about a harley, I simply said it makes sence that people who drive the crappy but pimped out cars would buy one.
1. My cars not crappy. Its never let me sit and has never needed any repair in the past 6 years and is still runing strong.
my apologies, I never meant that your car was crappy, I know it probably has never left you stranded, but neither has my camery. I classified the car as "Crappy but pimped out". Altima, Civic, Celica, Sebring, Corolla, Eclipse, Neon, Probe, Jetta, etc, their all in the "crappy but pimped out" section of cars.
They won't compete against a real performance car, a Corvette, or Z-4, or even (a cheap nice car) an S-2000. Its soo annoying to me when I see one of these crappy pimped out cars running down my road. I can hear them over a block away, they didn't do much to the engines to make them better, but neon lights, a spoiler, and a loud exhaust gives the impression of "Look at me, I'm a badass, watch out!"

The same impression that Harley riders try to give. People don't own a harley for performance, price, or originality, they own one because of the name. Its the name 90% of people who don't ride recognize as the bike to get for no other reason than "Just because!"

Sorry if it seemed I was ripping directly on you. I was more insulted that someone would put Jesus's name on a car club, any car club, but especially the crappy but pimped out car club.

So, Venerial, what bike do you have?
Clever change of the original latin name...I've never heard that one before [/sarcasm]
Among riding several other bikes, I've personally owned a standard, a sporty, and a cruiser...
1981 Honda CB-750
2003 Suzuki SV-1000S
2003 Honda VTX-1800S

Pretty bike. I know that Harleys take their knocks from the performance crowd ( I'm not a big 'performance' guy - I've yet to be on a motorcycle that couldn't go faster than I needed to  ) but I think the sportsters are great looking bikes. I do believe they are a bit overpriced compared to other manufacturers, but they do have a distinctive look and sound - they don't make people buy them after all. Anyway, nice bike - enjoy it.
