Just get a tiny backpack to wear until you get your tankbag in the mail.
And be careful riding to school, you want to look cool not cut up when you get there

If you like the MotoPak stuff, you might want to check out:
motopak ebay listing.
As far as I can tell, they're the same guys from
MotoPak Luggage Site but SO much cheaper .. not sure why.

thanks guys but i already chose the red cortech tail bag. it looks sporty, has good features and not expensive.
i don't like tanks bags but the 3 riders that i have met and rode w/ all have them. i guess it looks more sporty than tail bags but i don't want it since it gets in the way when i lean forward.
