Just remember if you consider moving, the grass is NOT greener on the other side.

Politicians handing out cushy govt jobs to their cronies? Hey we do that in the US too.

Doesn't seem to be too much difference between Canada and the US. We get stuff for cheaper but you guys get cleaner air/water and less congestion.

Its been about 15 years since I was last up there (and that was only Quebec and Ontario), most of what I remember is that they would not give proper exchange rates for US money in Quebec (and some of them were rather rude), and people in Ontario drive REALLY REALLY fast.

Sorry, it was a sad attempt at at humor and don't feel bad about Quebec when I was there in the seventies they were extremely rude to us too! I think it is a cultural thing. :?

At least all those people had passionate reasons for what they had done. I hate when I hear about people who get work done on a lark when they are very young - since they don't have passion about the thing they get done, or are have a major change later, they end up needing removal of cover work done. But to each his own. I've never made the leap myself. The computer job people with computer tatoos sort of crack me up. Like they are forever slaves to that industry now.
