1am here and I just finished puting it back together, I think Im gonna have to remake the sub frame rails cause I just couldnt get the battery in, so I bolted the battery box sides on the out side, maybe if I drilled lots of holes in the batery sides kinda perforated them it would look kinda neat, either that or just remake the subframe rails again and include the batery box sides in the cut out, it took alot of work cutting them holes, so maybe when I actually feel Ive got it right Ill get them laser cut.

what do you rekon leave it, drill holes, or remake them?

yeah Im gonna make a panel under the tail that covers it all in, I think Ive decided Im just gonna remake the side rails from scratch including the sides for the Battery box, this isnt a bike I intend to do long hauls on or take out in bad weather, ive got other bikes for that, if I feel like I wanna ride in the rain. for the moment though Im allso looking at alternate batterys, smaller, or dry cell, gell type batterys, that may do the trick before I remake the rails again, hey but its all trail and error, sometimes ideas dont work out how you plan.
