Same as buying a car, but people do it, and ebay has a lot of auto sale business.

i ran through ebay when i was first looking, but i didnt get one from ebay. anyway the point is they do a lot of auto and bike trade. while i was looking i saw that upwards of 90% of the bikes sell. most people sound legit though. I would check them out though. if they only have like 5 feedback i would not even consider bidding. I do think the best idea is to check out the bike in person though. if they wont let you check it out then forget about it. If the bikes legit and theywant to sell it they will let you see it.
