There has already been a major lawsuit filed in this very case.
There are worse things than motorcycling to insurance companies.
Anyone with a pilots license might as well forget about getting health or life insuarnce.

Insurance companies are in business to MAKE money - not to give it out. They'll take any possible way they can find to squirm out of paying up.
