You also have a very different bike. Having to cut the fairing to install them is rather common, you just got lucky. Oh, and that race fairing you're planning on buying will probably need to be cut to fit around the sliders.VermilionX wrote:wha!?
you need to cut the fairing to install your frame sliders? that doesn't sound right. are you sure you got the right frame sliders for the year, make, and model of your bike?
when i got my frame sliders, i made sure it's the one for my bike. installed it w/o cutting anything.
