Congrats on passing your Safety course, I know the figure 8 was a tough one as well as the emergency braking.

I aced the figure 8 and emergency stop during my MSF course. I docked a few points for entering the countersteer exercise too slow. Pretty good considering me and the MSF bike were not a good fit. I have practiced the same exercises on my CX500 and find that I can do them a lot easier on my bike even though its a lot heavier and more powerful.

I feel your pain. Thats what most of my MSF class was put on too. I got a DR125 and one lucky gal got a brand spanking new rebel that didn't even have any scratches on it yet.

I tooled around for 16 hours on a Kawsaki Eliminator 125. The tank badges banged constantly against my knees, I had wonderful little bruises on the inside of my knees because of those stupid badges, but it was sooo worth it. I'll maintain you don't need a big bike to have fun.
