Gold Class is some really amazing wax. I used it on my cage a loooong time ago and it still looks superb. Even impressed my friend when he was trying to sell me on some detailing polish.

Amen to that. :)

Nothing beats the ease of Race Glaze . I won't ride or work on a dirty bike . Never have , never will .
That's the rule...........
Guys what kind of wax do you use for your bike's, I use the mothers stuff on the car but is it okay for the bike?
I use Super Glaze made by The Wax Shop. It'sa liquid wax. Just wipe on, let dry to a haze and wipe off. Great shine and little or no work.
Of course the bike should be clean.
Also us a product called Plastic Polish made by Novus for cleaning the shield. Great stuff. Removes all scratches and polishes the screen.
Been using both products for over 20 years. Turned my buddy on to it for his '83 Suzuki which never was cleaned. :-( Looks brand new. :-)

I use FLITZ. It is a polish for just about anything. I use it on all my chrome, aluminum, windsheild, and paint. It is totally safe. Best of all is that it protects for a long time. I have used it for years. Many of my freinds swear by it as well. Just Google up (Flitz silver ploish) and see who's got the best price.

You use metal polish on paint and plastic?

mine doesn't get waxed. Just gets hosed and scrubbed off to get the road grime off it.

Yea, it's on the lable as being safe for all of the sufaces I mentioned as well as lot more. I ain't got no stock in it or anything, but it's the only thing I'll use on my bike. If I'm going to go through the trouble to wax it, I want it to look good for a while.

I usually use regular Turtle wax soap (the liquid stuff) and mothers on the chrome.

I thought Flitz was just for polishing metal. It seems to have a slight abrasivness to it I thought. Maybe I am thinking of the wrong product.
