If you can fit a back rest/sissy bar, than do it, it's worth it. It'll take a big load off. With my brother riding and me as a passenger, I tend to get a bit bored on long trips, and his back looks like a nice place to take a little nap :mrgreen: . Just make sure you get a couple good night of sleep before your trip. I Made a seat cushion and put rubber pads on the bottom and strapped it to the bike to keep it from sliding. On your bike, floorboards could be a comfort possibility. As mentioned above, you need to work up the seat time too. About the power, just tell your boyfriend not to use it all :shifty: :laughing: , better mpg too.
