They stopped making it a while ago. I'm just a hair over 6'1 myself, so hopefully I'll be alright.

He sent me some pictures but I don't have a way to upload 'em.

You should sit on it before you buy. My height comment was a little vague because it's really more of a leg-length issue. There's no subsitute for sitting on a bike to see how it fits.

I plan on riding it before I buy (assuming he'll let me, he seemed like a really nice guy though so I'd think he would). I'm also bringing my bike expert friend who'll make sure everything is in good working order (of course, his shop just finished tuning it so I'd think that would be pretty clear).

That's really nice, I say go for it, if I had the money I would have bought (even I love me nighthawk now). That looks like it's in perfect condition, and if he took that much time maintaining the looks, then he surly maintained the bike mechanically as well.
