Silly hulk hogan. Not being able to enjoy pro-wrestling has been one of the saddest parts of growing up. My dad never ceases to remind me at 9 I told him he was stupid for not liking it, and that I'd never stop watching

Turn your jacket inside out, look to see if the armour is in pockets, if it is you can stuff the pockets at the bottom to get the right fit, or take out that armour and buy aftermarket stuff to fit. If it is stitched in, your screwed.

All of the shoulder/elbow/back armor is in velcro-closing pockets. What would you suggest that I stuff them with?

Funny you should ask this question because i just received a leather jacket with shoulder protectors inside of velcro pockets and i have the exact same problem. The jacket fits perfect. Any tighter and it wouldn't zipper up. The shoulder seams are right where they should be. So fit is not the problem. The pockets are just too big for the protectors. I'm thinking it might be worth it to get some needle and thread and put a few stiches along the bottom of the pocket a couple inches up from the bottom to effectively make it a shallower pocket so the protector can't slide down as far.

My pants and jacket both have two pockets for each of the armour positions so that you can adjust for varying body styles.
Broad or narrow shoulders.
Long or short arms and legs.
I had to move the knee protectors on the pants to the other pocket.

Look to see if there are two velcro's. if there is you can move the armour to the other pocket.
