Bah. It's 4:30am here in Arizona-world and I'm awake... for the *counts on fingers* 6th night in a row. :(

It's 4:07am on Sunday morning. This is what happens when you take a nap at five PM and then wake up at seven thirty and can't get back to sleep.

Your body is going, "Hey, I'm not tired at all! I should eat something and start my day right now."

However your common sense is telling you "Hey man, try and get some sleep or you'll get your sleep cycles totally turned around."

and you are going, "Hmm... maybe I really do need a self cleaning pie tin."

Just poppin in to say hi to the other night owls. It's about 8:30pm, I'm still at work :) don't get off until midnight. Usually don't go to bed until around 6am.

Driving home when the roads are empty, the streetlights and the stars are leading the way....

Those times really call for a motorcycle. MAN I wish I had one already!!

Man, don't I know it. I'm thirty minutes drive away from the ocean and a bit of a night owl, so I feel your pain.

Sounds very familiar. Especially the bit about the pie tin.

I've always been allergic to going to bed. But it's getting stupid now. I sometimes don't go till 3.00am and then have to be up at 8.30. I keep falling asleep in meetings. (But I take this as a sign of sanity rather than tiredness).
