Why is she called Gixxerbabe?

Cause i don't know her real name? And that's what they were calling her on vwvortex (the forum that i first saw the pic(s)). So for lack of a better name. I guess she could be Ms. Lopez though. Some pics looks like she's got a ring, but i can't tell for sure. Pretty sure that's not her gear too. I mean, turnout gear is somwhat bulky and loose, but i don't think it's THAT bulky and loose on someone her size. Could be wrong though. Actually, that'd add to it some, girls aren't the only ones that like people in uniform
