Bbaawwaahh, damn another keyboard in the bin, another coffee wasted.

All I see is a guy on a bike in a puddle, Blues. Z's story I understand better, we do that here, we take girls with no bra's, spray them from a water bottle with a mister on the front. Is this rain then?

Rain is liquid precipitation, as opposed to non-liquid kinds of precipitation such as snow, hail and sleet. Rain requires the presence of a thick layer of the atmosphere to have temperatures above the melting point of water near and above the Earth's surface. On Earth, it is the condensation of atmospheric water vapor into drops of water heavy enough to fall, often making it to the surface. Two processes, possibly acting together, can lead to air becoming saturated leading to rainfall: cooling the air or adding water vapor to the air. Virga is precipitation that begins falling to the earth but evaporates before reaching the surface; it is one of the ways air can become saturated. Precipitation forms via collision with other rain drops or ice crystals within a cloud. Rain drops range in size from oblate, pancake-like shapes for larger drops, to small spheres for smaller drops.

After that one day record setting rainfall, it has been nice again. I wore my pink windbreaker over my riding jacket this morning....for visibility....yeah...that's it...visibilty.....

Well...it was funny seeing the difference in response from other bikers....in the mornings I see only men riding to work...they look and smile.....men in trucks....see the pink jacket....ooohhh...woman on a bike....

I must wear pink more often.

I usually wear my bright yellow reflective vest or jacket for dull days....I have never seen anyone pay attention to me.....

After work I rode to the pub to meet up with some people. I had a glass of wine and then after wandered thought the mall to do some errands to allow enough time to safely get back on my bike.

I exchanged my cell phone for a better one. Then got some mint tea and leisurley strolled back to my bike. It was such a nice night out, it felt good to just stroll.

When I went into the pub, I threaded my 6ft long cable through the arms and legs of my riding jacket and pants and also through the chin bar of my helmet and locked it all to the bike with the disc lock.....I could then go into the pub and leave all my gear with the bike. It's especially great on a hot day to not have to walk around in your gear or carry it with you everywhere.
