It's always nice having a rock. I had a rock briefly. Then I had to move out of my mom's  I think I'm going to start looking for my own rock to live under.

Rode my pedal bike around the area to feel the wind in my hair and take the corners at imagined blistering speeds :tricycle:

Ohh and watched my bike with its new owner do the BRC and also saw the Duc parked over there in the lot too since the RiderCoach is the one who bought it. <sigh>

Tightened my bike chain and did some cleaning while I was down there. Then a short ride to verify all was well. Too rainy for too much of a ride.

Got myself a new job in a sense. The company I've been working for as a bouncer on the weekends found me a new job during the week! So it looks like I'll be transferring to morning classes and working every evening, even the weekends! 6 hours a day of making sure no one decides they want to break into a warehouse in construction... I think I can handle that!

i went to the doc and got put on niacspan, coq10, red yeast rice. Hopefully I can get my hereditary cholesteral down. My avg is 213 but what brings that up is my triglycerides at 326. I dont drink nor eat alot of fast food nor white bread. Though on my moms side of the family they all have strokes/heart attacks and die in their 50's. My mom is even on meds now.

I worked! If you can all it that. I'm now forcing myself to stay up so I can help my mom move some more "poo poo" to her new place. Then later tonight I'm probably going to a small car meet somewhere in southern VT or NH. Or I may go to the bowling alley and flirt with the new bartender while my roomate bowls. Or hang out in the liquor store with a fellow Subaru enthusiast. This is looking like another 24+ hour day. yay.

I went to a chiropractor and the main thing I remember was being positioned to the point where I felt my spine move and a sound. I felt a whole lot better and my poster felt a bit improved. Then I went to Iron Shirt kung fu training to get trashed again. Then Shaolin training and hour afterwards. Then internal chi healing. I slept like a baby at the end of the day.

A weird side effect is things move a little slower when I'm concentrating like when going for a ride. Time for a faster bike.
