wow... look at all of these Harley sweat shops!

I've yet to see any claim from anyone that HD employed sweatshop employees. Nike - yes, but not HD. And I've seen first hand of the Nike's sweatshop in my home country of Vietnam. Trust me, I see what "American" is all about when it comes to business strategies.

As far as your listing, it's isolated to only U.S. sites. How about listing all global locations. I don't buy into this listing because it's the very image of "American" that Harley thrives on. Are you claiming that Harley is 100% American built and assembled? That's what your listing would indicate.

No, I never said they were 100 percent "made in USA" I was pointing out that they do plenty in USA.

are we done yet?

Well, I can show you a similar list for hundreds of non American companies with facilities in the U.S. as well.

i rarely see mine and one wants to buy the little ninja so i guess they are both somewhat cool.

One side - their little guy allways comes and looks out the window at me when I start the bike, and the parents allways give me a wave and a smile.

Other side - They dont say much, once more, their kid likes to see me on it, but I dont see them often.

across street - they own 2 harleys.... kinda loud at 7 AM, but heck, with shift work, your up when your up.

I believe that is in fact the truth. I cannot find any evidence of Harley Davidson manufacture or assembly operations in other countries. While Harley may use subassemblies from other countries (brakes and carburetors are notable examples), all final assembly is done in the USA. I'm sure Harley also has business offices in other countries to facilitate overseas sales, etc, but these are not manufacturing operations.
