Do they do more than 45mph???
(To appreciate this, you'd have to have heard Mrs. jstark47 complaining about how slow we were travelling... )

I was SIGHT-SEEING, dammit!!!!!!! I hadn't been down that road since around 1985.
Sightseeing is good. I sightsee a lot and often stop to take pictures.

dr_bar is in Osoyoos BC tonight. He is finally camping. He is going to stay there for a couple of day and enjoy the lake and maybe the wineries.

Scheduled vacation time. He has to be back at work Tuesday night.
That's what over 20 years for a federal job can do....over 5 weeks vacation time.

I for some reason can see a tanked up dr_bar, roarin about through a campground scattering yardapes and other bikers, on his valkryie, a steady stream of fuel squirting out behind him, him yelling yeeeeeehaaaaaaaaaaa, with a bottle 2 day old wine. with his pinky finger out.

Some days i absolutely despise my imagination.

Well, dr_bar is still in Osoyoos. He will head out tomorrow for home. He should be at his home by supper time. He better remember to stop at a store....his fridge will be empty.

Alas, there is a storm passing through BC now. Here in the Vancouver are we have had cool temps and lots and lots and lots of battering rain. I think we had 30 minutes of sun today.

Where doc is also had thunder and lightning. He told me his tent is leaking a bit. I, of course, being the brat I am....reminded him if he had just bought a $3.00 painters drop sheet to cover everything he would be dry in his tent.
Actually he said the leak was small so he managed ok. However....there is more rain in the forecast.

It's a curse/gift.

Maybe the above scenario was just to try and dry off after sleeping in his drippytent.
