With all my family's personal problems lately I just haven't been up to trying to keep current with all the other drama. Hurricane Ike took out the refineries in Houston. They are only operating at 40-50% capacity. Those refineries pipe fuel to the SE. And in major metro areas, they are required to only use clean burning fuel, which is a purer fuel and there is even less of that around. So cities had to get a waiver to use regular fuel in metro areas in order to try to keep consumer's supplied at all.
