First two on the list are the Can-Am Spyder and the V-Rod muscle, followed by the Yamaha FZ1 and the Suzuki B-King.
Hopefully I'll fit in a Honda Interceptor!

Have I told you how much I hate you?????
Lol well I didn't get the V-Rod muscle in nor the B-King, but I got the Can-Am Spyder, the FZ1, and the V-Max in...

When a guy like me goes out on a V-Max and comes back almost in shock saying "Oh Dear God..." You know you have a powerful bike on your hands...

Seriously, that thing is STUPID powerful. I took off from a light very slowly so I could test out it's acceleration after everyone else got ahead of me and a 320 lb guy sitting on the bike leaned forward with race sag set almost lofted the front wheel with no clutch action whatsoever. And I wasn't even buried in the throttle!

The Spyder was a hoot to ride as well! Freakin weird! For starters, no brake lever... It's all controlled by your foot. That takes some getting used to for sure! Then leaning into the corners. All I can say is that it's the ultimate way for sportbikers to train to kiss the mirrors. This thing forces you to and makes you feel comfortable doing it. It kinda tracks weird going down the road though... Plus the sensors really screw with the power if you shift weight mid-corner. On the other hand you can break the rear wheel loose around corners  . And the thing is powered by the same engine in the KTM Adventure 990. It's freakin quick. 0-60 in 4.5 on a 675 lb trike thingamajig.

The FZ1 I honestly wasn't really impressed with all that much. It's got plenty of power and speed and such, but it's not civilized enough for normal riding yet. Plus the seat transmits a buzz at almost any RPM and is uncomfortable for me after a mere 10-15 minutes on the thing.

I think I'll be looking for another bike to try out for my next one!

re-insure.
If you're not riding, and it costs more to pay while not riding, let it expire.

The same with us, it costs less to renew during the new year than to pay through winter, and that includes the discount rate.

If the cost is pretty close, ask yourself where you need the money. could you use the money in your pockets now/through the holidays or can you afford to be without?

Let me rephrase what I said. Re-insure, and keep riding  "poo poo", here it is 12:30 am and I'm thinking of going out for a ride. It's like 23 degrees here. Hmm, at 70 mph that's -1 degrees windchill!

grrrr

van is leaking coolant whenever the heater is turned on. The thing is its leaking from behind the firewall somewhere so I can only assume its the heater core. I dont feel like trying to replace that myself cause I just dont feel like taking the dash apart to do it. SSSOOO I will prob fork over the money to get it replace  .

I can live without air conditioning but heat is something I cant live without.

Yeah, Shorts, I never understood that... the Navy doesn't "let" you ride in the off-season? How's that work, aren't you a civilian? What are they going to do in Texas where there's no off season? But your husband is getting out, didn't you say? So then you can do whatever you want whenever you want....
