Yeah, Shorts, I never understood that... the Navy doesn't "let" you ride in the off-season? How's that work, aren't you a civilian? What are they going to do in Texas where there's no off season? But your husband is getting out, didn't you say? So then you can do whatever you want whenever you want....

No, the Navy could care less, it's the chAirForce that doesn't let us

if you ride and are caught, its an investigation and punishment. If you crash, you must pay your own medical, and face investigation and punishment. While I am civilian, we're still under SOFA and still under laws.

What will I do in Texas? Well, ride - duh.

Now, I may be loudmouth on an internet forum, but I follow the laws (even the asinine ones) in real life. Not even a ticket to my name in 13yrs of driving.

Yeah, I did say we'd b leaving. But fact is, we're still here. So that really doesn't changed anything now does it?

took my dashboard apart and didnt find any leaks on the inside of the cabin so it HAS to be something on the outside. I just cant find it and am unable to get very far underneath my van to get a really good look. SSSSOOO im going to take the van in cause I just dont feel like dealing with struggling to get under the van to find a good spot.

Went shopping for my sons birthday present.
Got him a toy gun because he is into military stuff right now. It's gotta flashlight mounted on it and makes a bunch of different noises. I had fun annoying my wife and the other customers in the store with it. lol

Tried to find a used video card at my local comp. shop. They didn't have anything I wanted. Guess I'll just have to save a little dough and buy a new one.

Thought about expanding my chicken coop. It's starting to get a little crowded now that the babies are getting big. I am going to try and make it out of a pallet I tore apart. The old one is made out of a pallet and an old book shelf. Only had to buy two sheets of plywood.

Road to work thru a BC monsoon. Had some wadsworth in an Accura coupe overtake me, normally I dont mind that, however this bread came roaring up from behind, cut over and passed while occupying half my lane, then cut in front damn near clipping my front tyre.......got my own back....at the intersection of Hwy 10 and Hwy 17 was sitting a Delta cop, pulled up beside him, pointed out the jackass and made a complaint.....cop pulled him over...hopefully he got a nice fat ticket......or was detained long enough to be late for work.

On the ride home I sat at an intersection with a long light....there was an F350 crew cab beside in the other turning lane with mom and a couple of young 'uns. So entertained myself by making funny faces at the kid in the back. Got giggles from the kid and a smile or two from the rather pretty mom.....made my day.
Always ask why.

Took the bike to work and back. I love my new gloves, it was 32 degrees out and my hands were warm!

took the van in to see if they can find the radiator fluid leak problem quicker than I could only for me to give them $50 to tell me they are not sure but that they "think" the heater core is bad. WTF I had 65% of the console ripped apart upto the heater core part and they couldnt find a problem? Hello losing 1 full reseviour of fluid in a week and a half there has to be a problem somewhere. I just hope its not a head gasket cause I dont have the tools to properly do one of those and I dont want to spend $1700 to have it done grrrr. I think if its the head gasket its time to trade this thing in for something "new".
