10ga is a better goose gun IMHO.....
also watching the weathernetwork the other day, noticed some of those sneaky texans were stealing out snow.....
Well yeah...but that's just another gun to carry around. 'Round here, we goose hunt, pheasant hunt, grouse hunt, duck hunt...straight up bird hunt (even the occational swan if you are lucky enough to pull a tag)
12ga, one gun to do it all
I was trying to find a way to put my bow and my gun on my bike...but my bike didn't run this fall so it wasn't a big deal anyway
+1 on the 12 Ga.
Oh and around there, isn't the designated bow/gun carrier the ubiquitous ATV?

I dunno...i've never pulled a tag for it. I've heard people say its good though. I think its like eating for forbidden fruit, only its legal.

I havent had much chance to go out goose or duck hunting this year. My usual go to gun for most small game is the 20ga. A bit small for the ducks and what not, but perfect for partridge and rabbits though. bought myself a 454 Casull for deer this year, what a nice gun.

454 Casull for deer eh? Do you plan on eating just the front or just the back of the deer? Because with that gun that's all that'll be left of it!

That's true. The first time I was driving around in the States and saw a deer, I thought it was a fawn. Couldn't figure out how or why somebody tied a set of antlers to a poor little fawn....

This thread is funny and amusing and part of me just doesnt want it fade away, it must stay in the forefront of the american psyche. You must realize that we now are able to control the weather. We have managed to send some very cold, snowy and disturbing weather your way. Look at Washington? Hmmm, doesnt take a genius to figure out we would go straight for the capital!
Blues can you use your powers to help bring a little snow to the winter Olympics?

No problem...the snow is being trucked from Manning Park to Cypress Mountain.
Locally around the city here it is mild and no snow....however.....
Whistler/Blackcomb has lots of snow.
I'm getting my gear on now and riding to work.
