How you been, my friend? It's been a while since I've posted here, fersure. I've been lurking mostly...
The FiZzer is great. She's all set up for touring. I've put almost 12k miles on her since I bought her a year ago. She'd have more, but I didn't ride for all of December and a part of January. I ran into some problems with my heated grips (they fell off on the throttle side)... but that was my own retardation shining through! Other than that, she's a beaut! Fast and forgiving.
How's the FJ? I assume she's in storage, what with your mid west Canadian winters, and all...

That's funny. I just knew that booze box wasn't being used as extra sock storage.
I've been to Utah mountain biking before.... slickrock is freaky awesome, I'd
love to hit that with a slicked up motard. And the roads through the eastern end of the state look fantastic to ride. One day, I gotta hit that.
You got that FZ set up nice for sport touring too, eh? If I was a smarter man, I would replicate one for myself. That generation of Fizzer is the best of the breed for that purpose, and would suit me very well. I tend to not be that smart....
I got the big FJ sleeping in the shed for the winter, and she's a good old girl, enough that I'd like to keep her and add a bike to the garage. Spring's coming and I got that new bike jones going on bad.
I get like this every spring, but this year I might just do something about it. I've never owned a brand new streetbike before. I've never financed a bike before. This might be the year.....
