The Carmy is doing well.

I've started my own blag on my web site, check it out in my signature.

I'm about climbing the walls wanting to go for a ride but it's dicey enough to drive the car around. Stupid ice on the roads.

ATF, gear oil or chocolate milk?



Poor Carmy.

Fluid still doesn't look all that great after putting a couple gallons of fresh ATF through but it will get a new filter kit in spring. Should help clean things up, combined with some more fresh ATF run through it.

Holy crap there's snow!

I spent 30 to 40 minutes getting unstuck because I was high-centered. Doh!

This week has highs in the mid 40s (F) and almost all the snow and ice has melted. I need to clean the garage between the Hornet and the driveway.

A nice weekend ride should cure my restlessness. A ride before the weekend would be even better.

I got the bike out today. The top case sure is made it hard to get out of the garage without banging it up. A smarter person would have spent the five seconds removing it, but whatever.

Kim and I went for a chilly fifty mile ride and it was worth it.

Saturday: talk to my GF about saving up money to get a newer car than the '89 Camry we picked up.
Sunday: I spin a connection rod bearing on the Camry.

Silly Skier, that's not enough HP to go anywhere!
I assume you got the motor and tranny out? I wish you luck while searching for that con-rod bearing!

It's my Halloween costume, Wrider.

Motor/tranny is out after about 15 hours of work. Tomorrow I start pulling things off the engine. Yay.

Dude... you're supposed to put an engine in there not a loon.

LoL, great picture though keep up the hard work. I don't envy you having to work on something like that.
