LOL buzz. I just installed my new dvd burner into my computer. Cant believe dvd burners are only $20 now. When I bought my old one 6 years ago they were still close to $50.

Attempted to go to work (midnight shift) in the middle of a snowstorm with 90kmh gusting winds. Took me 20 minutes to go 10km - and I was in 4WD the whole time at 15-30kmh - before I wised up and turned back. Took me twice as long to get home because I was now heading into the wind and the visibilty was, well, worse than zero. Made it home and phoned in to work to let them know I wasn't coming... I'm sure I'll be in trouble for this, but screw it... I had a bad feeling about the trip right from when I left the driveway.

Just heard the Fire Dept Rescue truck go by with sirens wailing as I was typing the last sentence. I hope whoever they rescue is okay.

Worst. Commute. EVER.

Played a ton of video games and drank a few brews with a few buddies from work until 6 am.... Life working the closing shifts can be awesome, i know. 8)

I spend the rest of the day sleeping until i went over to my girlfriends house for a good-bye dinner for one of her close friends where i drank some more beer and played some more videos games ( i think i am sensing a trend here ) and here i am, mindlessly surfing the internet
:D

Gummi, sometimes I think you evolved along a different route from the rest of us.

it actually sounds like the storm that is supposedly about to hit us. With one minor difference....

we are under areal flood warnings as well as a winter storm warning at the same time. This IS NOT going to be a good weekend.

pft that storm just hit us. nothing like driving the 12 miles to work in a foot of snow making my own path since there was no path to follow in a 2 wheel drive stick shift truck. Did alot of sideways driving down the road when I would take off from a stop lol. It was fun :D. Seriously I did 35mph all the way to work except for the 2 spots where the speed limit was 25mph and the 1 spot where there was closer to 2 feet of snow because of the drifts. I made the path while a friggen 4 wheel drive plow driver followed me the last mile to my destination. I shoulda stopped and made him go around me so I could follow him lol.

*edit I am talking a normal 4x4 truck not the city/county snow plows.

Spent the whole of the morning being rude to someone on another site. I don't normally do that, but this guy is an idiot, a pompous, self-righteous and condescending idiot. And I cannot help myself.

I was born with a very developed capacity for creative rudeness and sometimes it just has to come out.

:? 8)
