Crashing a little? Isnt that like being "a bit pregnant"?fireguzzi wrote:Took Julie (aka the wifey poo) to the cardiologist today. She has fluid around her heart and they want to drain it. So now we get to go to Emory again to have it drained.I'll be so glad to have all this over with. Worrying about it is driving us mad!
Also tried to fly the helicopter again. Man these things take a lot of practice! I only crashed a little this time.
It's an RC heli. So yeah, a little crash is possible.Triumphgirl wrote:Crashing a little? Is this a real helicopter or one of those remote control helicopters?
I don't know about a little crash, but maybe a little cheaper to repair than others. If it is less than $100 in repairs for a crash, you are getting away lucky.fireguzzi wrote:It's an RC heli. I avg. about $60 a crash. Less for a minor blade strike. (little crash) I fly a clone of one of the already lower end heli's (exceed rc G2) and its a 400, not like the big un's. So repairs are not terrible. But as of now I am at or over the $100 mark, depending on what servos I am going to get to replace the crappy stock ones that have stripped gears in them.Mr. Invisible wrote:I don't know about a little crash, but maybe a little cheaper to repair than others. Is this a real helicopter or one of those remote control helicopters?I like to fly the planes. easier to fly, and cheaper to repair. Nothing about RC is cheap though.
