thanks scarboy,
i just sprayed it down with parts cleaner then hosed it down with water and dried it really good. let sit for a day and paint. this is what the bike looked like before,

That awesome, KZ bikes are such a machine.... My Buddy rebuilt a 76 KZ900, into a KZ1400, and Man did that Bike have "BITE".... That Bike made You feel like You were Riding a Power Machine, with the Wire Throttle Cable, Carbs Intake with K/N Oval sucking in Your Pant Legs, that Bike made You remeber how it felt.
Your bike looks amazing, and being a Intant Drag Bike, You'll have quite the machine to ride... I'm Jealous.... Good Riding.... :D
