well, it looks my days of riding a literbike is already over for now.

i really want to get the 600 for my next bike now and i will even try to be more patient if i can't find one right away.

My coworker did, though he's not a member here. Started on a Honda Super Hawk and bought a brand new Yamaha R1 the very next year. He'd never even driven a stick when he bought the bike, and the MSF course was booked for months so, like me, he skipped it.

Any particular reason why you skipped it?

I have been riding for many years and due to the fact that I ride for a living we do refresher courses every 18 months.
I still enjoy the courses and always learn something new, even after 13 years on the road.

Verm.. Look at it like this. You survived the onelitre. It didn't technically put you down for good. In a way you gratuated from it and learned from you're experiences. Good call on going down to the 600.
