there is nothing special about the police model crown vics. all they have in addition to the civilian model is provisions for the normal police accessories, better cooling system and the top speed limiter removed.
The new toys the wyoming highway patrol have are nice however. Apparantly dodge is making a police model of the new charger. With the hemi of course.
