I know what he means though. Sometimes you just want to ride and be anonymous. That doesn't really explain it well but I know the feeling. If someone doesn't wave back don't care, I just found it funny that even though I was on a bicycle I got more waves from the motorcyclists than the bicyclists.

:D Here comes a hijack:

Its good to wave to motorcyclists...

but motocops?

Who initiates the wave?

And has a motocop ever waved at you? Even a nod?
Lenny: Hey George I want a dog.
George: Shut up Lenny, you're too stupid for a dog.
Lenny: At least I'm not an @ssoff.

A motocop ran a stopsign in front of me once. I guess that counts.

I should've done a citizen's arrest.

I wave at all motorcycles (including cops, hey, it might stop them from pulling me over a mile later), scooters, and any one else who waves. Guys who don't wave back are "O Ring" holes.

I was sitting in bumper-to-bumper traffic today, and there was a mini van next to me with some kids in it. They kept tapping their windows and waving, so I kept waving back. I want the kids to grow up with good impressions of motorcyclists. Hey, they might even grow up and decide to get a motorcycle, because they know how nice we are! (except moto, he's not nice).

so i participated in a Harley demo day and rode a Dyna Wide Glide and was jazzed i could ride th 1450cc bike. Hit the hammer down and felt most of the power! Loved it!

So i was stoked all day and on the way home, i waved to all the bikers from my car......yeah, i'm a loser. Felt the brotherhood w/out even owning a bike.

Still waiting to buy my 1st bike......

Yeah I always wave back to anyone, it's only with motorcyclists though that I actually initiate the wave.

And what's with all this hostility toward motof150?
