To me this is even more reason to buy a used bike. I priced insurance with state farm for a year on a new bike and it was 719 usd. I bought a used ex250 and the insurance is 15 bucks a month. I bought a 2004 ex250 foR $2000 bucks. If I can sell it after a year for $1500 I will be more than happy.

Canadian...I wouldnt be riding if it was USD...although my previous insurance co was going to charge me 1800 Can a year.....
